Lauren – About me
I’m Lauren Boyes, a Neuro-Friendly Physiotherapist who believes that health shouldn’t be a chore. When I’m not designing habit-stacking tools, you’ll usually find me in my quiet home, likely working on a new craft project, painting, or spending time with my husband, Liam, and our two dogs, Cookie and Whiskey.
Me and Liam are childfree, choosing to spend our time on hobbies, work and most importantly each other. We have a collection of over 150 board games and both enjoy gaming in general weather it be on our PC’s or on the dining room table.
A lot of people are surprised when we tell them we have our main bedroom decked out with two gaming PC’s and all of the hobbies I’ve collected over the years. But its our version of home, where we are happy and at peace, where we don’t feel we need to fit into the “normal” box.
I know what it’s like to struggle with “typical” routines; I am diagnosed with ADHD. That’s why everything here is designed to be neuro-friendly. Whether it’s a 1-page guide or a daily tracker, my focus is on small, dopamine-friendly wins that actually stick.
I founded NeuroLunate to bridge the gap between clinical knowledge and real-life habits, aiming to transform how we integrate wellness into our daily routines. With a focus on “low-friction” movement, I specialize in creating simple yet effective routines like The 5-Minute Desk Reset that seamlessly fit into even the busiest workdays without leading to burnout or overwhelm.
My goal is not just to provide quick solutions but to empower you to establish sustainable practices that contribute to your long-term health and well-being.
By using science-backed habit stacking techniques, I strive to help you discover your unique “physical flow,” making movement a natural and enjoyable part of your everyday life. Together, we can cultivate a lifestyle that embraces both productivity and self-care, ensuring that you thrive both at work and beyond.
